Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, absolutely. There are no contracts or lock-in periods. Cancel from your account settings at any time and your subscription ends at the next billing cycle. We don't charge cancellation fees.
What happens if I hit my seat limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade to the next plan tier. Your existing coaches and clients are never disrupted — you simply can't add new coach accounts until you upgrade. We'll notify you before you hit the limit.
Do you store my clients' data securely?
Yes. CoachFuel is built on Azure's enterprise cloud infrastructure with tenant-level data isolation — your clients' data is completely separate from other coaches' clients. We do not sell or share your data. Each tenant's information is stored in its own partition with no cross-tenant access.
Can I upload my own meal plan templates?
That's one of our core features. Upload the PDFs you already use with clients — your own methodology, your own recipes, your own meal structures. CoachFuel learns from your templates and uses them as the basis for every generated plan. Your intellectual property stays yours.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial. At the end of 14 days, you can subscribe or cancel with no obligation.
